About the role

The role of Senior Business Analyst will support the Head of Global Operations Digital Transformation in driving strategic digital transformation for Global Operations where operational excellence is a critical success factor. The suitable candidate will bring a proven set of skills in digital process transformation and implementing intelligent operations combined with a strong awareness of change management.

Responsibilities:

· Analyzing, defining, and documenting complex requirements and business processes

· Developing moderately complex systems specifications, process flow, and conversion strategies

· Creating moderately complex technical and functional user documentation with supervision

· Developing new tools, processes, and solutions to meet core product needs

· Improving processes and specs by researching best practices and analyzing work group data

· Analyzing existing systems, evaluating options for solutions and assessing technical business suitability

Requirements:

· Have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline

· Possess substantial experience in similar role

· Have completed the ISEB accredited program or equivalent training to be a valued Business Analyst

· Be proficient in maintaining automated test scripts

· Have an intermediate understanding of software development methodologies, platforms, tools, and languages

· Have experience using a recognized development methodology (e.g., Agile, SCRUM, KANBAN)

· Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills to interact with all levels of organization

The critical success measures of this role would be demonstrated in 4 areas:

Collaborative end to end value stream mapping to enable high performing operational processes Applying automation across the value stream to deliver relevant performance targets Meeting key measures of success:  Influenced Revenue, cost savings, NPS, turnaround time, and Quality improvement. Operational readiness - ensuring the teams have the skills to deliver the new operating model.

Salary range

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for Colorado:$75,700.00 - $126,100.00
