Job description

You know that corporate document or piece of research you know you have somewhere but you can’t seem to find it? 🤯 The struggle to gather, organize and visualize all corporate knowledge and insights is real.

We are Stravito and this is the problem we solve.

Due to the universal nature of this problem, our customers come from various industries all around the world. We help world-leading organizations, such as McDonald’s, Nestlé, Burberry and Heineken, get closer to their customers and make better, insights-backed decisions by organizing their knowledge and making it easy to access through our intuitive platform.

We really mean it when we say we're a diverse and international team as our team of 100 has more than 30 different nationalities! We are guided by our operating principles: simplicity first, an “own it, do it” mentality, embracing different perspectives, and enjoying the journey together.

About the job

We’re looking for a People & Talent Manager who can be the steady anchor to our People team. If you thrive on variety, don’t shy away from the nitty-gritty, and can balance being a “own it, do it” person with a “smell the roses” attitude, you might just be our perfect match!

This role will be pivotal in supporting our VP of People by taking on the operational aspects of the function, enabling her to focus on high-level strategy and organizational development. You’ll be the key driver behind our recruitment efforts, a culture architect, and the creator of the systems and processes that help keep our people-focused vision on track.

Our team is composed of a People Experience Manager and an Internal Communications Specialist being led by a seasoned HR professional with over 20 years of experience across the US and Europe. With a strong belief that creativity trumps knowledge, we strive to create a workplace that values authenticity, innovation, simplicity and human connection. We're on a mission to build a truly people-centered organization that empowers every individual to thrive, wherever they are.

What you’ll do
  • Establish People processes & best practices: Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and people-centric policies to ensure a consistent and positive employee experience.

  • Project Management & administrative support: Bring organization and structure to our team’s operations, helping manage timelines, priorities, and projects to keep us on track.

  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee our recruitment process, assisting with sourcing to onboarding, ensuring we’re bringing in the best talent to elevate our team.

  • Culture & Employee engagement: Design and facilitate initiatives with our People Experience manager that create a warm, inclusive, and inviting remote-first culture.

  • Partner with the VP of People: Be a partner by translating abstract ideas into concrete plans, acting as a sounding board, and stepping in to manage operational details so the big picture vision can be realized.

  • Own HR administration: Take charge of day-to-day HR tasks such as employee records, benefits management, and compliance to ensure smooth operations.

  • Be the Go-To person: Act as a resource and trusted advisor to employees, providing support and guidance on various HR matters.

About you

We believe you have HRBP or People Operations experience from a global context, ideally with an additional focus on recruitment and employee experience. You have proven experience developing and implementing HR processes, policies, and SOPs for companies with several legal entities. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment and have a willingness to take ownership. To be successful in this role, we believe that you are:

  • A builder & organizer: You love crafting processes, building frameworks, and creating order from scratch. You believe in creating a people-first culture and can translate that belief into tangible programs and actions.

  • A people person: You enjoy creating connections, fostering relationships, and driving engagement. You have a great sense of humor and the ability to not take yourself too seriously (but take your work seriously).

  • A creative communicator: You can distill complex ideas into simple, actionable steps, and you’re not afraid to speak up, engage and inspire your remote team members. You’re flexible, open-minded, and not afraid to try new things or challenge the status quo.

  • A master of Project Management: You know how to prioritize, manage your time effectively, and keep things moving forward even when juggling multiple responsibilities. You have the ability to zoom in and out, balancing tactical execution with strategic planning.

While this is a remote-friendly position, being based in Stockholm or elsewhere in Sweden is a bonus as it allows for more frequent in-person collaboration. We also have offices in Amsterdam and London, so we encourage you to apply if you are located in Sweden, the Netherlands or the UK.

What’s in it for you?

You will join a remote-first and globally spread team, with company events a couple of times each year as the icing on the cake 🎂 We offer a fun, collaborative environment where everyone truly cares and helps each other. We have zero micro-management and instead you are encouraged to cultivate your own processes while giving and receiving feedback for improvement. Add to that a competitive compensation package, the possibility of working with cutting-edge technology in our industry (such as GenAI) and to be part of simplifying the professional lives of many - what’s not to like?

We look forward to hearing from you!
