Job Description:

We are seeking an Arabic Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support to our Arabic-speaking clients, focusing on providing solutions and assistance related to our B2B cloud services. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B environments, with a strong understanding of cloud-based products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries in Arabic via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide troubleshooting support and assistance to customers using our B2B cloud services.
  • Resolve customer issues, escalate technical problems when necessary, and follow up to ensure timely solutions.
  • Assist customers with understanding the full range of our cloud services and how they benefit their business operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the technical team to escalate and resolve more complex technical issues.
  • Contribute to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and meeting performance metrics.

Contract and Working Hours:
  • Contract Type: Permanent contract.
  • Working Hours: Full-time role (40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week).

What We Are Looking For:
  • Fluency in Arabic (native or near-native level), with excellent communication skills.
  • B2B Cloud Services Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role supporting B2B clients, specifically within the cloud services industry, is required.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, understandable way.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Prior experience in a customer service, technical support, or client-facing role is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
Relocation Information:

Candidates relocating to Athens are expected to work on-site for the first 3 months before considering remote work options. Once relocated, employees will work from the Athens office for an initial period and may be eligible for work-from-home arrangements thereafter.
