Marketing Assistant

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Manage social media calendars for multiple accounts
  

• Organize, edit, and slot content (video and images) from various creators according to the calendar
  

• Perform community management tasks, including responding to DMs and comments on social media platforms
  

• Handle client-facing tasks and communications when needed
  

• Create basic graphics using Canva, particularly for podcast-related content
  

• Edit and prepare static posts for social media platforms
  

• Craft email graphics on canva and programming them on Klaviyo
  

•  Use opusclip to create short videos of my podcasts.
  

• Perform email outreach to brands and influencers for partnership inquiries 
  

Requirements:

• Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms
  

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  

• Excellent written communication skills in English
  

• Experience with Canva for basic graphic design
  

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  

• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and best practices
