Overview of the Position: You will play a key role in helping clients navigate a range of emotional and relational obstacles as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. You'll give evidence-based therapeutic interventions, create individualized treatment plans, and carry out comprehensive assessments. Your knowledge and compassion will foster a healing atmosphere where clients can develop resilience and accomplish their individual objectives.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + comprehensive benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities.
  • Perform in-depth assessments to identify clients’ strengths, needs, and treatment goals.
  • Implement evidence-based approaches to support clients in managing emotional and relational challenges.
  • Maintain detailed and organized documentation of client interactions and therapeutic progress.
  • Partner with management and other team members to provide integrated care and continually enhance treatment strategies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

·         Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

·         Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state.

·         Must have experience working with older adults

·         Strong clinical and diagnostic skills

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
