Are you a driven sales professional ready to excel in a high-impact, fully remote role? Emerging Strategy is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic, international team and help us drive growth in the U.S. market.

What You'll Do

  • Work US Hours: 8 AM–5 PM U.S. Eastern Time (typically 2PM to 11PM SAST)
  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling to engage prospects.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline from first contact to closing deals.
  • Communicate Emerging Strategy's unique value proposition to U.S.-based prospects.


Who You Are

  • 5–10 years in outbound sales, targeting customers in B2B services or SaaS preferred.
  • A resilient problem-solver with excellent communication skills, eager to hit sales targets.
  • Results-driven, comfortable with cold calls, and able to build rapport with senior executives.
