Job Summary: 
We are seeking experienced Payments Specialists to join the team. The successful candidate will validate players' purchases and redemptions, ensuring all transaction-related inquiries are handled accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handles day-to-day purchases and redemptions related to player issues and ensures that clear resolutions are provided to the player promptly.
  • Verify and validate transaction details, amounts, and payment methods, to ensure all possible errors are reviewed.
  • Validation of mail-in credits and communicating credit statuses to the player. 
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth resolution of purchases and redemptions issues.
  • Perform manual credits of funds and experience points (XP) as needed.
  • Utilize payments-related systems when  cross-referencing payments related data.

  • Qualifications:
  • Experience within the Risk and Payments area in an iGaming company is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge in Casino is a plus
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in Casino for external applicants
