WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Account Executives (AEs), ensuring they are well-prepared to contribute to Foley’s success.
  • Developing comprehensive onboarding programs that provide new hires with a deep understanding of Foley’s product offerings, value proposition, and sales process.
  • Ensure that BDRs and AEs receive the training and resources necessary to achieve early success in their roles, including role-specific coaching and certifications.
  • Develop and execute ongoing training programs to keep the sales team updated on product changes, market trends, and evolving strategies.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to create impactful sales collateral, such as pitch decks, case studies, and other resources, while maintaining a centralized repository to ensure materials are easily accessible and current.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and RevOps refining sales processes to streamline workflows, improve win rates, and reduce sales cycles.

  • Create and maintain sales playbooks that outline the company’s processes, product positioning, competitive analysis, and strategies for handling objectives.
  • Assist in the design of sales territories and quota planning to support Foley’s growth goals.
  • Maintaining a continuous feedback loop with the sales team, identifying gaps in tools and processes, and implementing iterative improvements to drive efficiency.
  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure the smooth adoption of new tools, strategies, and processes across the organization.

What We Do, How We Do It

Too often, companies use a piecemeal approach when it comes to screening drivers. They might use one vendor to help recruit. Another to screen. And still, another to address the complex world that is compliance. This approach is inefficient, expensive, and redundant. Not to mention, it makes it too easy for things to fall through the cracks.

At Foley, we've built a company that effortlessly manages these three areas under one roof: recruit, screen, and comply. Thanks to powerful technology combined with our compliance expertise, we're able to deliver a comprehensive solution to our customers and, as a result, a better overall customer experience.

Where We're Headed

We're always developing new solutions to slay tomorrow's recruitment, screening, and compliance monsters. At the core of these solutions is our vast collection of data—and the many ways to leverage it, whether that's developing software to calculate a company's compliance risk or implementing predictive analytics to identify the best drivers.

What It's Like to Work with Us
