Job description

Joining Collibra’s Professional Services team

As an Enterprise Implementation Manager, you will direct the full service life cycle, ensuring customer success and adoption.

Enterprise Implementation Managers at Collibra are responsible for
  • Working with multiple clients to manage installations, configurations, and initial operation of Collibra’s products and technologies. 
  • Developing implementation plans and being accountable for informing and advising client representatives and internal stakeholders of planning and progress. 
  • Ensuring services delivery across geographic territories are in full compliance with the established Collibra engagement model, processes, methodologies, and artifacts.
  • Partnering effectively with Collibra Sales, R&D, Product Management, Customer Success, and Customer Support teams.
  • Defining an operating model specific to the customer needs and organisation; this operating model will explain how the data is governed in the organisation, how users can search/propose/create/review/archive assets, how users can raise the issues related to the data and how they can solve them etc.
  • Configuration of the Collibra solution, which can entail following components: business glossary, data dictionary, lineage, data catalog, dashboards, business process workflows, reference/master data.
  • Running of workshops, functional trainings and configuration
You have
  • 5+ years in consulting management experience, ideally working within SaaS provider companies
  • Experience with data governance, data management, big data, data lake, business glossaries, data dictionaries, data catalog
  • Experience with implementing data governance use cases such as customer360, BI, analytics, data lake governance
  • Proven track record with delivery of projects and related outcomes, both on time and on budget
  • Ability to build and deliver presentations to all levels of business and IT stakeholders 
  • Knowledge of core data management or data governance technologies is a plus
  • Proficient language skills in English (mandatory)
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required

  • Within your first month, you will gain a fundamental knowledge of the Collibra Products, Services offerings and services delivery processes and procedures.
  • Within your third month, you will manage assigned services engagements with considerable supervision and management required as you continue to ramp.
  • Within your sixth month, you will manage assigned services engagements with minimal supervision and management required.
