The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team at Simpplr, a leading Employee Experience SaaS company. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic vision, development, and growth of our platform, which serves as the foundation for delivering exceptional employee experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, etc to define and execute the product roadmap, prioritize features, and deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.

Your Job Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the platform, aligning with the overall company vision and goals.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and prioritization to launch and iteration, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality features and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders to translate customer needs and market trends into actionable product requirements and user stories.
  • Drive product innovation and differentiation by identifying new opportunities, staying abreast of industry trends, and conducting competitive analysis.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive product adoption, retention, and expansion, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Define and track key metrics and KPIs to measure the success of the platform and drive continuous improvement.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach to product development, incorporating user feedback and insights into the decision-making process.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on the platform, providing guidance and support to internal teams, customers, and partners as needed.
  • Mentor and coach junior members of the product team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Your Skillset
What makes you a great fit for the team:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in product management roles, with a focus on platform or infrastructure products.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex, cross-functional product initiatives from concept to launch.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models, technology trends, and best practices in product management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams towards common goals.
  • Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Passion for driving customer success and delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-growing company environment, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial culture.
  • Experience working with global or distributed teams, with the ability to navigate cultural differences and time zone challenges effectively.

  • Have experience with API-driven platforms and integration technologies, with experience working with third-party APIs and building ecosystem partnerships.
