Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in real estate lead generation, with the ability to work independently and implement lead generation strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage cold calling and cold emailing campaigns, including creating and optimizing cold call lists.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to engage leads and qualify them effectively for the next steps. 
  • Experience with CRM systems, tracking leads, and ensuring follow-ups are done promptly.

Core responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies and processes for lead generation, cold emailing, and cold calling, ensuring an efficient and results-driven approach. 
  • Create and maintain cold call lists and conduct cold calls to engage potential leads, qualifying them for the next stage in the sales process. Vet and qualify leads, scheduling appointments with the client for further discussions or final sales processes.
  • Track and organize leads in the CRM, ensuring all communications and statuses are accurately updated for efficient follow-ups.
  • Leverage digital tools and online resources for generating leads through various channels, including email, social media, and web inquiries. 
  • Collaborate with the client to continuously improve outreach efforts, identify potential target markets, and increase lead conversions.
