About the role:

 

  • Full-scale HR administration and labor-related tasks (preparation of labor documents, modification and management of contracts, job descriptions, etc.)
  • Keeping personnel datas up to date and maintaining them in an organized manner
  • Precise and careful preparation, handling, signing, and filing of documents
  • Keeping databases up to date
  • Writing and managing job advertisements on various platforms, organizing interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates
  • Supporting the onboarding process of new hires
  • Supporting Health & Safety from an HR perspective, contact with relevant subcontractors, providing data: organizing fire and occupational safety training, scheduling occupational health examinations
  • Assisting in corporate communication, providing accurate and professional information to colleagues
  • Managing CVs in compliance with GDPR regulations and ensuring compliance with data protection requirements.

 

About you:

 

  • University degree in Human Resources 
  • Fluency in Hungarian and English as well
  • Knowledge of labour law
  • Ability to work accurately and punctually
  • Agile, empathetic personality
  • Excellent communication skills team player attitude
  • Ability to work with MS Office 365 package at user level
