Role Name: Influencer Marketing Coordinator

Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM 30 minute unpaid break

Client Timezone: Australian Eastern Standard Time (can also work local time)

Job Description

Are you a social media savvy professional with a passion for fashion and a knack for building relationships? We’re seeking an ambitious Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-paced, innovative team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our digital marketing strategy, identifying and collaborating with influential content creators to amplify our brand presence across multiple e-commerce stores. You’ll have the exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of apparel brands, from trendy t-shirts to upcoming supplement lines, ensuring a consistent flow of engaging, user-generated content that resonates with our target audience. Responsibilities
  • Spearhead the discovery and vetting process for potential influencers and content creators, with a focus on Instagram and other relevant social media platforms
  • Craft and execute compelling outreach strategies to engage influencers and initiate brand partnerships
  • Negotiate and manage brand deals, ensuring mutually beneficial arrangements for both the company and influencers
  • Oversee the seamless coordination of product shipments to influencers for content creation purposes
  • Curate, organize, and manage a diverse portfolio of high-quality, influencer-generated content
  • Maintain a steady pipeline of fresh, engaging user-generated content to fuel the company’s social media advertising campaigns
  • Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with influencers to ensure ongoing collaboration and brand loyalty
  • Analyze and report on the performance of influencer partnerships, providing insights to optimize future campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including social media advertising managers, to align influencer content with overall marketing objectives
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing to continuously improve strategies and outcomes
Requirements
  • Proven track record in influencer marketing, social media management, or a related field within the fashion or e-commerce industry
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, and their evolving features and algorithms
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce dynamics and current fashion industry trends
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and evaluate potential influencers for brand partnerships
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and basic graphic design software
  • Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative influencer marketing campaigns
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn, as the role may expand to cover new product lines and emerging social media platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Familiarity with Shopify and experience working with multiple brands is a plus
