Position Overview
The Senior Manager, Compensation is a full-time role within the Total Rewards Center of Excellence, reporting to the Senior Director, Global Compensation. This lead level position provides strategic to tactical support to key business functions by partnering with HR Business Partners to support the growth and objectives of the business.
The Senior Manager will lead critical, organization-wide compensation projects by collaborating with the global Total Rewards team, other HR functional teams, and relevant G&A functions. This role ensures that all compensation policies and programs aligns with Total Rewards philosophies are market competitive, and comply with global standards.
Responsibilities
- Compensation partner to several key functions/business areas.Partner with HR Business Partners, TA Partners, TM Partners and business leaders by providing compensation consultation, guidance, tools, and training that align with business goals.
- Drive complex, enterprise-wide and global scale compensation projects to completion, to include project planning, collaborating with stakeholders, guiding project team members, change management, communications as well as being hands on with execution.
- Build and develop collaborative relationships amongst the Broad Based Compensation Team.
- Ensure the annual year-end compensation planning cycle is successfully delivered to the organization in a timely and effective manner.
- Evaluate, make recommendations, and drive process efficiencies and improvements across broad based compensation.
- Evolve and execute compensation training for various groups within the organization.
- Ensure market competitive compensation programs that serve as a competitive advantage to the organization.
- Develops meaningful compensation analytics to allow the business to make data-based informed compensation decisions.
- Prepares and delivers executive level presentations and analysis for business leaders, HRLT and ELT.
- May provide input into Compensation Committee and/or senior leadership materials.
- Identify areas of risk and recommend remediation action plans.
- Remains informed on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to compensation to make recommendations on maintaining compliance and reduce/eliminate company risk.

- Advanced compensation Workday experience
- Advanced Microsoft excel and PowerPoint skills
- Beginner to intermediate Microsoft Access skills
- Some experience with visual analytics platforms such as Tableau
- Command over compensation fundamentals - job matching and market pricing, equity mechanics, and annual cycle management, total rewards program design, regulatory reporting.
- Workday Advanced Compensation Certified preferred
Education and Experience
- 8+ years of related industry experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Current, up to date knowledge on existing and forward-looking regulatory environment related to Total Rewards

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $127,700.00 - $191,900.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
