Job Summary:
Payscale is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations, reporting to the Senior Director, Revenue Operations, supporting the Go-To-Market (GTM) Organization. We are looking for an experienced leader that will help scale and optimize our processes, use of technology, and rules of engagement spanning GTM teams. This high visibility role will support both Commercial and Customer Experience teams, which include Marketing, pre-Sales and Sales, Onboarding, Support, Services, and Customer Success. As part of the Revenue Operations leadership team, you will have exposure to key senior leaders and executives across the business with an opportunity to drive alignment and bring a fresh perspective.
The ideal candidate has experience in sales/marketing automation, capacity planning, compensation plans, forecasting, and driving rep productivity. This role will partner with functional leaders to orchestrate a seamless internal and customer experience—at scale. You will be supported by a team of knowledgeable and hardworking RevOps analysts keen on learning best practices and growing in their careers. You will be challenged to think creatively, lead through ambiguity, and bring order to chaos as we optimize the way that Payscale accelerates revenue growth and increases operational efficiency.
Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $127,800 - $191,600, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus of 15%. If you are hired at Payscale, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider any internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
