Job Opportunity: Transactional Corporate Attorney (Fully Remote!)

Our confidential client, an innovative corporate law firm based in New York City, is seeking an experienced Transactional Corporate Attorney to join their team. This fully remote role offers a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative, client-focused environment while enjoying the flexibility of remote work and top-tier compensation.

About the Role
As a Transactional Corporate Attorney, you will work on complex and rewarding projects, including fund formation, credit transactions, private equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, structured equity investments, and other corporate matters. This role is ideal for candidates with BigLaw experience who are eager to take ownership of their work and client relationships while thriving in a flexible, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal counsel on private equity and debt transactions, fund formations, and structured equity investments.
  • Handle early- and late-stage private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on their business growth.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to deliver high-quality, efficient legal services.

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the New York Bar (Delaware Bar admission is a plus but not required).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in transactional corporate law, preferably with BigLaw experience.
  • Proven expertise in fund formation, credit transactions, and general corporate matters.
  • Strong written, oral, and analytical skills, with a demonstrated business acumen.
  • Self-motivated with an ownership mentality over client relationships.
