About the Role:
As the Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and mentoring a team of talented professionals within the Korean market. Youll oversee sales and business development initiatives, ensuring your team achieves and exceeds their targets while driving growth in the B2B cross-border payments space. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you'll foster collaboration and deliver outstanding results for both the company and its clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership & Team Development:

    • Inspire, mentor, and manage a team of sales and business development professionals.
    • Provide clear direction and support to ensure team members achieve their objectives.
    • Foster a collaborative and motivating team culture that promotes growth and innovation.
  2. Strategic Planning & Execution:

    • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth in the Korean market.
    • Identify new business opportunities and spearhead initiatives to capture untapped markets.
  3. Performance Management:

    • Regularly evaluate performance, providing constructive feedback and development opportunities.
  4. Client Engagement & Growth:
