Due to continued growth, we need an experienced litigation Legal Administrative Assistant (Legal Secretary) to join our team in Minneapolis, MN.  You’ll enjoy a fun and collaborative environment with work from home and in-office flexibility.

As a Legal Administrative Assistant, you will be part of a close-knit team working together to ensure our clients receive best-in-class service.

Skills:

  • Prepare legal documents and correspondence
  • Electronically file documents in state and federal courts
  • Manage and track critical legal deadlines using CompuLaw software to ensure timely compliance with court rules and procedures
  • Proactively send reminders to attorneys and staff regarding upcoming deadlines
  • Save documents and emails to iManage (document management system)
  • Experience obtaining documents from online court directories
  • Schedule meetings and other calendar commitments
  • Make travel arrangements and process expense reports
  • Process client disbursements
  • Organize and maintain case files

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Exceptional computer skills 
  • Ability to work occasional overtime
  • Heavy computer use

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of legal experience required
  • Litigation experience required
  • Demonstrated employment stability
