We are a fully remote team, with team members based in various locations across France.

About You

You are a skilled and motivated Full-Stack Developer with a strong command of Javascript, particularly for front-end development. You are passionate about building high-quality software solutions within an Agile/Scrum framework.

You thrive in an autonomous environment, enjoy taking ownership of your work, and are eager to contribute to a rapidly growing startup transforming the supply chain landscape. You are fluent in French and English, allowing you to collaborate effectively with our team and partners across Europe and the USA.

You are eligible to work in France and are based within the country, ideally in Lyon, and can work from a co-working space in Lyon regularly.

Top 5 Objectives

1. Develop New Features: Contribute to the specification, architecture, and development of new features for our SaaS platform, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
2. Ensure Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to best practices in software engineering.
3. Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with our small but talented team in a remote and agile environment, contributing your expertise and insights to drive innovation. Be communicative, open about challenges, and proactive in asking questions.
4. Problem-Solving: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and contribute to the continuous improvement of our platform.
5. Customer Focus: Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring that the features you develop meet the needs of our clients and contribute to their success.

Main responsibilities

• Participate in the technical specifications of new features.
• Handle the architecture and full-stack development of features, focusing on performance, data security, and code maintainability.
• Contribute to testing and validation efforts.
• Participate in effort estimation and planning within a SCRUM framework.

Requirements

• Degree in computer engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Essential: Strong skills in Javascript, particularly for front-end development.
• Desirable: Experience with React, Node, MongoDB, Python, Git, and Linux (shell).
• Experience with agile frameworks (SCRUM).
• Ability to work effectively in a team, with a customer-focused approach.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with curiosity and autonomy.
• Proficiency in both English and French.
• Eligible to work in France and currently based in France.
