Job Summary:

The Program Manager is a full-time, remote working position, responsible for recruiting speakers for CLE and CPE webinars, and working with the program attorneys and program CPA to get programs to marketing and execution.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct substantive research to identify and recruit speakers for CLE and CPE webinars in a variety of practice areas.
  • Works with the program attorney to get programs to marketing in a timely manner.
  • Monitors production schedules, coordinating the delivery of content and ensuring that content delivery follows a timely manner.
  • Communicate with and manage expectations of speakers
  • At times conduct planning calls with expert speaker panels

Required Education and Experience:

Qualifications include:

  • Performs work with a high degree of latitude.
  • Requires some legal background.
