Acumatica Developer

Responsibilities

1. Development and Customization
   • Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions within the Acumatica ERP platform using the Acumatica Framework and C#.
   • Customize existing modules to meet business requirements and enhance functionality.
   • Create and maintain generic inquiries, custom reports, dashboards, and business logic.
2. Integration
   • Develop and manage integrations between Acumatica and other third-party applications or systems via APIs.
   • Ensure smooth data exchange and maintain data integrity between systems.
3. System Implementation and Support
   • Assist in the end-to-end implementation of Acumatica ERP solutions, including requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment.
   • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, or performance bottlenecks.
   • Provide ongoing support and enhancements to the ERP system.
4. Collaboration and Documentation
   • Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to understand business needs and provide technical solutions.
   • Create and maintain technical documentation for all customizations, configurations, and integrations.
5. Quality Assurance
   • Conduct unit testing and collaborate with QA teams to ensure deliverables meet high standards of quality.
   • Optimize performance and scalability of Acumatica applications.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience developing and customizing Acumatica ERP applications.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, and the Acumatica xRP Framework.
• Strong understanding of SQL, database management, and data structures.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration technologies.
• Knowledge of Acumatica customization tools, workflows, and reporting tools (e.g., Generic Inquiries, Report Designer).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Acumatica certification(s) (e.g., Developer, Functional Consultant).
• Familiarity with accounting or business processes and ERP systems.
• Experience with other ERP platforms or cloud-based systems.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
