Whom do We Need?
We need a skilled Solution developers (AEM / Workfront) needed to deliver an Adobe Experience
Manager / Workfront based platform for Content Supply Chain
Roles & Responsibilities
Workfront
• Adobe Workfront administration: Proficiency in administering Adobe Workfront, including
user management, permissions, project setup, and configuration.
• Customization and configuration: Experience in customizing and configuring Adobe
Workfront to meet specific project requirements, including creating custom fields, forms,
and workflows.
• Adobe Workfront expertise: Familiarity with Adobe Workfront and its capabilities, including
task tracking, collaboration, and reporting functionalities.
AEM:
• Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM): Strong knowledge and hands-on
experience in developing and customizing solutions using AEM, including creating and
managing templates, components, workflows, and integrations.
• AEM architecture and best practices: Understanding of AEM architecture and best practices,
including content modeling, sling models, OSGi bundles, and AEM deployment models.
• AEM customization and extension: Ability to customize and extend AEM functionalities using
AEM APIs, OSGi services, and other AEM extension points.
• AEM schemas and Metadata ACLs for permissions
• Front-end development skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to
create responsive web designs and implement user interfaces in AEM.
• Java development experience: Strong knowledge of Java programming language and
experience in building AEM applications using Java-based frameworks.
• Integration skills: Experience in integrating AEM with other systems and platforms, such as
CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and third-party APIs.
Common Skills:
• Version control and deployment: Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and
experience in managing code repositories, branching, merging, and deployment processes in
AEM.
Digital Health Solutions
• Problem-solving and debugging skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify
and resolve issues in AEM applications, including performance optimization and bug fixing.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills: Ability to effectively communicate with
cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients, and work collaboratively in an Agile
development environment.
