We are seeking a creative and versatile Marketing Multimedia Content Designer to join our team. This role will involve planning, designing, creating, and executing high-quality marketing content across a variety of channels and formats. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multimedia design and content creation, with a focus on both digital and print platforms.
Job Description:
Company/Brand collateral-Plan, design, create and execute content for
various channels and formats ie. direct mail, email, video, and social
media consisting of newsletters, postcards, emails, blogs, social post
content.
Agent/Team Collaterall- Design, update, and order Business cards,
Buyer/Seller Guides,
Open House materials and Social Media templates
as needed.
Recruiting Marketing Support - Email, social media, video, print
collateral, and event support(locating, ordering, reserving supplies and
venues).
Website-updates and maintenance(adding/removing agents, updating
content, logos, etc.)
Client Appreciation- Design Pop By/Gifts and Plan Events, ie. design
supporting marketing collateral and source, order, reserve supplies or
venues to support execution
Requirements

Team Player and Extremely Collaborative: Must be able to work effectively as part of a team, contributing ideas and supporting colleagues to achieve shared goals.
Well-Versed in All Social Media Platforms: Experience in scheduling, posting, and evaluating analytics across various social media channels to enhance engagement and brand presence.
Experience with Email Marketing Platforms: Familiarity with using email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) for creating and executing email campaigns.
Ability to Create, Edit, and Post Blogs, Video, and Real Content: Experience in producing high-quality content for blogs, videos, and real-time social media posts.
At Least 3 Years of Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in multimedia content creation, design, or a related marketing field.
NC Real Estate License: Ability to attain a North Carolina Real Estate License within a specified time frame, if not already licensed.
