Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and lead impactful cross-functional initiatives as our program management engine, ensuring follow through to results and elevating our operating governance.
  • Create and oversea the execution of cross-functional strategies across Brand, Commercial, Product, and Supply Chain teams to enable the success of our New Product Introductions from pre-season through final delivery. 
  • Be the change champion for the Global Supply Chain, documenting business processes, spearheading standardization, and embodying a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Partner with leadership stakeholders to develop robust, quantitative business cases, measure the impact of completed projects, and facilitate clear prioritization across the portfolio.

We’d love to hear from people with

Education/Certifications:

  • BA/BS in a relevant field, or equivalent years of experience. (MBA preferred)

Work Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in management consulting, program management, an analytical Supply Chain position catering to an executive audience, or similar role.
  • 2+ year of experience leading a high-performance, collaborative team.

Skills/Competencies:

  • Experience in managing projects from ideation to execution with a cross-functional stakeholder group.
  • Strong written and verbal communications, presentation, and facilitation skills. (Strong PowerPoint experience required)
  • Excellent quantitative analytical skills, creativity in problem solving and a keen business sense. (Excel required, SQL is a plus)
  • Strong financial acumen to identify and quantify project impact.
  • Proven people leader with a track record of effectively managing, motivating, and developing teams to achieve high performance and organizational goals.
  • Well-rounded interpersonal skill set with the capacity to build strong relationships with senior executives.

$135,000 - $145,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
