Job description

Company Overview:

Blink Health is the fastest growing healthcare technology company that builds products to make prescriptions accessible and affordable to everybody.  Our two primary products – BlinkRx and Quick Save – remove traditional roadblocks within the current prescription supply chain, resulting in better access to critical medications and improved health outcomes for patients.

BlinkRx is the world’s first pharma-to-patient cloud that offers a digital concierge service for patients who are prescribed branded medications. Patients benefit from transparent low prices, free home delivery, and world-class support on this first-of-its-kind centralized platform. With BlinkRx, never again will a patient show up at the pharmacy only to discover that they can’t afford their medication, their doctor needs to fill out a form for them, or the pharmacy doesn’t have the medication in stock.

We are a highly collaborative team of builders and operators who invent new ways of working in an industry that historically has resisted innovation. Join us!

The Opportunity:

BlinkRx is seeking a motivated and data-oriented Senior Analyst, Growth & Revenue Operations to support the growth of our pharma business. In this role, you will contribute to key projects across the revenue funnel, working closely with our Growth function, which is focused on new client acquisition and driving success with existing clients. You will support our efforts by conducting in-depth data analysis, managing client-focused projects, and providing actionable insights that help optimize our client relationships. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, analyze complex data sets, and contribute to the success of our clients and the overall business. Blink is growing extremely fast, so you will be expected to adapt quickly to an ever-changing environment and set of short-term goals.

You will be responsible for:

  • Client Analytics: Perform detailed analysis of client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Your insights will help guide strategic decisions in account management and client development.
  • Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards and regular reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) for client accounts. Your reports will be essential for both internal teams and client presentations and MBRs.
  • Support for Client Onboarding & Implementation: Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring data accuracy and operational readiness. Support the implementation of client programs by analyzing potential impacts and recommending adjustments.
  • New Client Discovery: Identify and capitalize on new brand opportunities by conducting in-depth analysis of BlinkRx's strengths and successes in the market. Use data-driven insights to uncover where BlinkRx excels, and leverage these findings to inform strategic decisions and expand our client portfolio. Responsible for maintaining all data for our business development team in Salesforce.
  • Growth Initiative Support: Assist in designing and implementing initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness and driving client loyalty through data-driven strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the Growth & Revenue team and cross-functionally on various high-impact projects, providing analytical support and contributing to the successful execution of business strategies.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify challenges and provide analytical support and comprehensive solutions to address issues related to client performance.

A successful applicant will fit the following criteria:

  • Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in consulting, strategy & operations, or a high-growth startup environment (healthcare tech experience is preferred).
  • Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient in data analysis and visualization tools and platforms (e.g., SQL and Tableau are required, Python is nice to have) to extract and manipulate data.
  • Analytical Problem Solving: Strong analytical and data interpretation skills who is comfortable with ambiguity who is capable of translating data into actionable insights and solutions.
  • Project Management: Experience leading cross-functional projects and simultaneously managing multiple workstreams in a technical environment.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner and to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all analytical work and reporting.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Mission-Oriented: Motivated by Blink’s mission and excited by the prospect of analyzing complex problems to drive comprehensive solutions and improve patient outcomes

Why Join Us:

It is rare to have a company that both deeply impacts its customers and is able to provide its services across a massive population.  At Blink, we have a huge impact on people when they are most vulnerable: at the intersection of their healthcare and finances. We are also the fastest growing healthcare company in the country and are driving that impact across millions of new patients every year.  Our business model not only helps people, but drives economics that allow us to build a generational company. We are a relentlessly learning, constantly curious, and aggressively collaborative cross-functional team dedicated to inventing new ways to improve the lives of our customers.

We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity of all kinds. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
