About the job:
This isn't 'just another' Landscape Architect role. You'll be developing a brand-new Landscape Planning Service within an established and thriving UK Ecological and Arboricultural consultancy - a company already poised for huge growth over the next year.

About you:
You're an experienced Landscape Architect / Planner at Senior or Principal level (or even an aspiring Associate) with a relevant degree and professional membership.
You have robust experience in landscape planning and LVIA work within the UK (minimum 4+ years), and a hunger for growth and ownership.
You're excited by the idea of creating something from scratch, and have a strong track record of delivering high-quality work, managing teams, and driving forward-thinking strategies.
You value collaboration, autonomy, and a people-first culture, sharing the belief that by putting employees first, success will follow.
You're already based in England (or perhaps close to the border in Wales or Scotland), happy with some occasional travel, and have the right to live and work in the UK.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary will be in the region of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum (negotiable/dependent on experience), with some fantastic benefits including:
