Internship Opportunity: Microsoft Exchange Administrator

Role Overview

As a Microsoft Exchange Administrator Intern, you will:

Learn and assist in configuring, managing, and maintaining Microsoft Exchange servers (2013, 2016, 2019) in hybrid environments.
Support the team in troubleshooting mail flow, database, and connectivity issues.
Participate in server hardening, upgrades, and patch management projects.
Collaborate on projects focused on email security, including Edge Servers, EOP, and encryption tools like OME and Proofpoint.
Develop PowerShell scripting skills to automate administrative tasks.
Create and update documentation for Exchange configurations and troubleshooting procedures.

What We’re Looking For

Educational Background: Competed degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or relevant experience).
Basic Knowledge: Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange, SMTP, POP3, IMAP protocols, or related technologies is a plus.
Technical Aptitude: Interest in server management, email security, and PowerShell scripting.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn.
Communication: Ability to collaborate in diverse environments and effectively communicate technical concepts.
Adaptability: Comfortable working with translation tools and in non-English-speaking environments.
