What you'll be doing?
๐ถ Provide expert technical support to enterprise-level end users, acting as an escalation point for complex Level 1 issues, and ensure timely resolution of escalated tickets using ConnectWise Manage.
๐ถ Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including Azure AVD environments, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and network systems, while adhering to best practices in cybersecurity and cloud security.
๐ถ Conduct system maintenance, perform technology upgrades, and research new IT solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.
๐ถ Mentor and train technicians, facilitate knowledge sharing, and create comprehensive documentation, including incident logs and technical specifications.
๐ถ Collaborate with internal teams to support desktops, servers, cloud environments, and implement IT projects, ensuring seamless integration of new technologies.
๐ถ Deliver excellent customer service by troubleshooting hardware/software issues, supporting PC, MAC, iOS, and Android systems, and managing multiple tickets and projects with professionalism.
About You
๐ค Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Windows 10, Microsoft 365, Server operating systems, Active Directory, and Azure cloud solutions
๐ค Proficiency in troubleshooting and managing hardware/software systems, including PCs, MACs, iOS, Android devices, and network topologies like VPN and remote connections.
๐ค Familiarity with IT tools such as VMware ESXi, ConnectWise Manage, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager, along with knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
๐ค Demonstrated ability to document technical processes, create knowledge articles, and communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
๐ค Experience in team-oriented environments, with the ability to mentor technicians, manage multiple projects, and maintain a collaborative mindset.
๐ค Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, combined with a positive attitude and the ability to perform under pressure.
