Senior Valves Sales Managers- Remote US

Partner with the best

The Senior Sales Manager will be a customer facing position, responsible for developing growth programs for the Masoneilan and Consolidated valve lines.
 

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with sales teams to identify new valve growth opportunities within specified region and industry
  • Develop and foster relationships with key decision makers at EPCs, OEMs, and End Users involved in the selection and purchase of control and relief valves
  • Expanding Baker Hughes valves sales volumes through coordinated project pursuit and customer engagement
  • Conduct external and internal market research and prospecting to build robust, qualified sales pipeline
  • Coordinate, where applicable, with channel partner sales teams to effectively cover key project stakeholders
  • Sharing best practices within region and with global sales teams
  • Providing regional market intelligence and customer intelligence in the fast-growing Energy Transition industry


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's education in a STEM discipline from an accredited college (or or a High School Diploma with 10+ years of experience in the Energy Sector)
  • Have 5+ years of experience in application engineering, industrial sales, or customer service within the control valves, automation, and/or process control industries
  • Have strong background with industrial B2B product sales including knowledge around customer project timing, budget creation, strategic sales, and negotiation
  • Be able to communicate at all levels within the organization and able to effectively influence others through data and experience
  • Demonstrate experience of working with cross-functional teams within a global-matrix environment
  • Be able to travel for business up to 50% of the time
