Job description

Overview:

St. Luke’s Health System Quality Outcomes team is seeking an individual to join our team as a Quality Program Specialist supporting the Supply Chain, Clinic Nursing and Ancillairy Services departments.

 

We are seeking an organized, flexible, and communicative individual to grow. In partnership with our team, you will:

  • Coordinate the removal of recalled medical supplies in a timely manner
  • Track and report data in relevant databases
  • Teach new employees about your programs
  • Provide reports on your program performance
  • Communicate program risks to leadership

The position is full-time and exempt. Occasional evening and Saturday work is expected. We are a hybrid department so team members will work from home and the office.

Our team is in Boise and Twin Falls, but candidates working in other St. Luke’s facilities are encouraged to apply. We are seeking the right person regardless of where you live. 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates Supply Chain, Clinic Nursing, and Ancillary Services program reporting.
  • Coordinates collection, review, and data entry of outcomes.
  • Identifies improvement opportunities
  • Recommends performance goals.
  • Collaborates with multiple departments and managers to achieve program objectives.
  • Solves simple issues and problems. Escalates more complex issues to leadership.
  • Participates in improvement projects and relevant committees.
