Your Job

As a Product Manager SSP (Supply-Side Platform), your mission is to lead Sparteo’s SSP products to new heights by shaping strategic initiatives, driving innovation, and ensuring their alignment with Sparteo’s global vision. You will have a transformative influence on the product’s development, scaling operations across teams, and delivering impactful solutions to publishers and advertisers.

  1. Strategic Vision and Leadership
    • Define and articulate a long-term strategy for Sparteo's SSP platform.
    • Align the product vision with Sparteo’s mission of enhancing media value through AI-driven advertising solutions.
    • Drive decisions that balance market demands, company goals, and product sustainability.
  2. Cross-Functional Leadership
    • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, operations) to deliver product milestones.
    • Foster collaboration across teams to ensure coherent execution of strategies.
    • Act as a spokesperson for the product, representing Sparteo at external events and client meetings.
  3. Market and Competitive Analysis
    • Analyze global trends in SSP technology and programmatic advertising.
    • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
    • Benchmark against competitors to ensure Sparteo remains a market leader.
  4. Innovation and Product Development
    • Collaborate with engineering and data teams to create cutting-edge features.
    • Ensure the platform integrates seamlessly with other Sparteo products for a unified ecosystem.
    • Introduce AI-driven enhancements to maximize operational efficiency and publisher ROI.
  5. Scaling Operations and Impact
    • Develop processes for scalability to support Sparteo's international expansion.
    • Implement solutions that cater to diverse markets and publisher needs.
    • Monitor and measure product performance with clear KPIs.


Your profile for this job

  • Experience
    • 5+ years in product management, with significant experience in programmatic advertising or SSPs.
    • Proven success in managing high-impact, complex projects across multiple teams or geographies.
  • Technical Skills
    • Expertise in SSP technology, programmatic ecosystems, and ad exchange platforms.
    • Familiarity with AI-driven features and data analytics tools.
  • Leadership and Behavioral Competencies
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams.
    • Strategic thinking combined with a pragmatic approach to execution.
    • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
