Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced product operations leader to helm a high-impact segment of Plivo’s global product operations. This role demands a balance of technical expertise, sharp analytical acumen, and strategic leadership. You will oversee multiple programs, manage a P&L, drive operational excellence, mentor a team of analysts, and contribute to ensuring that our products remain competitive and aligned with market needs.This is a high-energy, high-intensity role best suited for someone with strong ownership, a love for problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity. This is a remote role that requires you to be based in Bangalore, India, and collaborate with teams in the US, India, and around the world. 

What You’ll Do:
  • Drive the Messaging Business Unit's Product Operations: Lead teams responsible for profitability, routing, and quality to ensure business success.
  • Ensure Governance Excellence in Messaging: Oversee teams managing KYC, fraud detection, and compliance within the Messaging Business Unit to safeguard operations.
  • Implement Smart Solutions: Use no-code tools, generative AI, and basic automation to tackle operational challenges and streamline workflows for day-to-day operations without relying on the product team.
  • Collaborate Across Functions: Work with key stakeholders to address critical customer needs and market demands. Be the point person; the buck stops with you.
  • Lead High-Impact Teams: Manage and mentor a diverse group of 10-12 analysts and operations associates, fostering growth and efficiency.

  • What We’re Looking For:
  • 8+ years of experience in operations, strategy, and analytics.
  • Proven leadership managing high-performing teams.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, scripting, and no-code/low-code tools.
  • Commercially savvy with strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Excellent communicator, problem-solver, and collaborator.
