The Salesforce Application Developer will work as part of a talented and agile Applications team to develop and execute solutions primarily on the Salesforce platform using Lightning Component Framework, Apex programming language, and Visualforce. Develop software solutions using Salesforce com API framework and 3rd part APIs. Improve architecture and optimize performance of very complex software systems.  A successful candidate will proactively work with the business stakeholders and Technical lead to understand their business needs and implement innovative solutions to deliver the desired business outcome. You will be an expert in application development and will have Salesforce certification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating development work
  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product owners) to identify system requirements
  • Salesforce lightning application development
  • Design and implement solutions within the timeframes.
  • Analyze and review business, functional and technical requirements.
  • Maintain and work proactively to improve existent software and functionality.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues raised by internal customers.
  • Document according to specifications.

Qualifications:

  • 3 or more years of experience in Salesforce development, maintaining technology platforms, software applications, and APIs.
  • Extensive experience in complex data transformation and integration using SOAP API, REST API, MuleSoft and Apex Data Loader
  • Expertise with Salesforce development tools and techniques including the APEX language, Lightning Experience, LWC, Aura, Force.com development, triggers, controllers, SOAP and REST APIs, JSON, SOQL, SOSL, Chatter APIs, outbound messaging and creating Visual Force pages.
  • Proficient in programming and configuring the Salesforce platform; deep functional understanding of its architecture, capabilities and limitations;
  • Salesforce Developer certifications a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively within a global team
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum process/teams
  • Excellent team player with a positive can-do attitude and able to work in a self-driven environment
  • Good written and communication skills
  • Highly motivated and takes initiative
