Paid Media Manager (Enterprise-Level)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Manager to lead our enterprise-level digital advertising campaigns, driving performance and growth across multiple platforms. This role is suited for a data-driven strategist with deep experience managing large-scale paid media budgets (minimum $15,000/day) and delivering measurable ROI in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and innovative problem-solving skills to elevate our paid media initiatives to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Strategy & Execution:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across channels such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, Programmatic, and others.
    • Align campaign objectives with overall business goals to ensure optimal performance and ROI.
    • Manage and optimize campaigns across the customer lifecycle: awareness, acquisition, retention, and re-engagement.
  2. Budget Management:

    • Oversee and allocate daily ad spend of $15,000+ efficiently to maximize impact.
    • Track spend against performance metrics and ensure campaigns remain within budget while meeting or exceeding KPIs.
  3. Performance Optimization:

    • Conduct A/B testing on creative, ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to enhance performance.
    • Leverage advanced analytics to monitor, evaluate, and adjust campaign strategies for maximum efficiency.
    • Utilize attribution models and customer insights to refine targeting and increase conversion rates.
  4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication:

    • Partner with creative, content, and analytics teams to produce high-performing ad creatives.
    • Report on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders, including senior leadership.
    • Stay abreast of emerging trends, tools, and technologies in paid media to maintain a competitive edge.
  5. Platform Expertise & Scaling:

    • Manage and scale campaigns on enterprise-level platforms and ensure compliance with platform guidelines.
    • Experiment with new platforms or features to expand reach and audience engagement.
    • Build relationships with platform representatives for strategic insights and support.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years in paid media management, with a proven track record of managing enterprise-level campaigns with ad spends of $15,000+/day.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and programmatic platforms.
    • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or similar.
    • Experience with advanced bidding strategies, data-driven targeting, and attribution models.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Creative Acumen: Strong understanding of ad creative best practices and performance drivers.
  • Project Management: Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in industries with high customer acquisition costs (e.g., SaaS, finance, e-commerce).
  • Certification in relevant platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, etc.).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
