Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Brand Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will develop and execute brand strategies that elevate our clients’ businesses, build brand awareness, and foster customer loyalty. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals, identify market opportunities, and create a cohesive brand identity that resonates with their target audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive brand strategies that align with clients’ business goals, market positioning, and target audience needs.

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor positioning to inform brand strategy.

  • Create and refine brand messaging, visual identity, tone of voice, and storytelling to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including design, marketing, and content, to ensure brand strategies are executed effectively across digital and traditional channels.

  • Help clients define and refine their brand values, mission, and vision to create a strong, cohesive identity.

  • Oversee the development of marketing campaigns that reinforce brand positioning and enhance customer engagement.

  • Monitor brand performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data and feedback to ensure continuous brand growth.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer behavior to keep brand strategies innovative and relevant.

  • Develop brand guidelines that ensure consistent brand representation across all communications, both internal and external.

  • Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for brand strategy discussions and updates.

  • Provide clients with regular updates, insights, and recommendations to optimize brand performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or related roles.

  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling.

  • Proven experience developing and executing successful brand strategies for businesses in various industries.

  • Ability to analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive data to inform strategic decisions.

  • Exceptional creativity, communication, and collaboration skills.

  • Experience working with design and marketing teams to execute brand strategies effectively.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing trends, social media strategies, and content marketing.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to think strategically and implement practical solutions to achieve brand goals.
