As a co-founding company, Genesis first provides promising startups with the necessary resources and expertise for development, and then supports the project until it becomes an independent business. Currently, 25 projects are developing in our ecosystem in four main areas: mobile applications, online media, e-commerce, and R&D.

We are looking for a Motion Designer to create video and static creatives for marketing campaigns of a futuristic AI Social Discovery project. Your role will involve active participation in generating ideas and improving creative strategies.

You will:

Create high-quality video and static creatives for marketing campaigns, particularly for adult networks.
Develop engaging motion graphics and animations tailored to various platforms.
Design banners and ad visuals that capture audience attention while maintaining brand consistency.
Collaborate in brainstorming sessions to conceptualize new ideas and enhance creative strategies.
Create motion templates and reusable assets to streamline the creative process.
Stay updated on creative trends, especially in the adult marketing space, and implement innovative concepts.
Optimize designs for performance by analyzing creative metrics and iterating accordingly.
Occasionally leverage AI tools to assist in creative development.

From you:

2+ years of experience as a Motion Designer or in a similar role.
Strong expertise in composition, typography, color theory, and design principles.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.
Ability to create visually compelling animations for both short-form and long-form content.
Demonstrated creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and adaptability.
Proactive and self-efficient approach to managing tasks and deadlines.
High attention to detail with a passion for creating high-quality outputs.

Will be an advantage:

Previous experience working as a Graphic Designer or in hybrid roles.
Skills in frame-by-frame animation or advanced animation techniques.
Basic knowledge of marketing principles and audience-driven design.
Experience or interest in generative AI tools to enhance design capabilities.
