Job Requirements:

  • Agency Experience: Minimum of 5.5+ years in a COO or similar leadership role within an agency, overseeing operations and growth initiatives. 
  • Operational Expertise: Proven track record of building systems and processes that enhance efficiency and scalability. 
  • Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead and mentor teams, driving alignment and achieving business objectives. 
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Expertise in identifying bottlenecks and implementing practical, data-driven solutions. 
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with GoHighLevel, or similar CRM systems, and other operational software. 
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders.

Core responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Oversee daily operations and implement scalable processes across client agencies, ensuring the founder's involvement is minimized.
  • System Implementation: Lead the execution of internal systems, including software tools that improve operational efficiency and team performance. 
  • Client Engagement: Act as a consultant for clients, focusing on streamlining their business operations and helping them achieve growth goals. 
  • Team Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement. 
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic operational plans to align with client business goals and KPIs. 
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess key metrics to ensure client agencies are on track with operational benchmarks.
