What will you do?

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented B2B Growth Marketing Specialist with expertise in lead generation and a strong background in SaaS marketing. The ideal candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to attract high-quality leads across multiple channels, including email automation, social media, content marketing, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation Strategy:

    • Design and implement data-driven strategies to attract and nurture B2B leads (companies hiring remotely).

    • Identify target markets and personas to optimize lead generation campaigns.

  2. Email Marketing & Automation:

    • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns using automation tools to convert leads into customers.

    • Monitor and optimize email performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

  3. Social Media Engagement:

    • Create and manage targeted social media campaigns to drive awareness and engagement.

    • Utilize platforms like LinkedIn to connect with and nurture potential leads.

  4. Content Marketing:

    • Develop compelling content such as whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and infographics to drive traffic and conversions.

    • Work with internal or external content teams to ensure consistent messaging and tone.

  5. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.

    • Coordinate with design and product teams to create impactful campaigns.

  6. Performance Analysis:

    • Analyze and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.

    • Continuously test and refine strategies based on data insights.

Requirements:

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B growth marketing, preferably within SaaS companies.

    • Proven track record of lead generation and achieving measurable results.

  • Skills:

    • Expertise in email marketing tools (e.g., Brevo, Marketo, Mailchimp) and automation.

    • Strong knowledge of social media advertising (e.g., LinkedIn Ads).

    • Excellent content creation and storytelling abilities.

    • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).

    • Familiarity with SEO and SEM best practices.
