We are looking for a SAP Specialist, Support Engineer for Logistics (SD & MM) who wants to be part of Tietoevry Create. Location: Remote or Warsaw (hybrid)

Your responsibilities will be:

Provide daily support and maintenance for the SAP SD and MM modules, ensuring seamless operation and integration.
Configure, implement, and enhance SAP SD and MM functionalities to meet business requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the SAP SD and MM modules, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into SAP SD and MM solutions.
Perform system testing and validation of SAP SD and MM changes and enhancements.
Develop and maintain documentation for SAP SD and MM processes, customizing, and training materials.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including SAP BASIS, FICO, SCM, and other modules for integrated support and project implementations.
Stay current with SAP SD and MM updates, functionalities, and best practices to constantly improve and optimize module performance.

Experience and Skills:

Proven experience as an SAP ALM Support Engineer with a focus on the SD and MM modules in S/4HANA
In-depth knowledge of SAP SD and MM customizing, processes, and best practices.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving SAP SD and MM-related issues.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert business needs into technical solutions.
Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with business users and technical teams.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
SAP certifications in SD and/or MM are desirable.
