Job description

This role leads the administration team to ensure the seamless delivery of both clinical and non-clinical administrative functions. It focuses on maintaining high performance by monitoring standards and KPIs while fostering team engagement. Additionally, the role requires balancing operational excellence with sensitivity and ethical considerations inherent in a clinical business environment.

The Day-to-Day

  • Oversee and manage the utilisation and client admin teams 
  • Create one multifaceted function to include, GP Letters, 111 calls, Management Referrals, Affiliate management, Diary Management, Critical Incident pathways etc. 
  • Oversee training for all administration staff, including cross-training all staff within the 3 administrative functions to be able to cover each other across function
  • Ensure IT data accuracy, track KPIs, and collaborate with finance for invoicing.
  • Handle customer complaints, support critical incident pathways, and improve workflows for efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data protection compliance, ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards.
