Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Hybris Developer with a strong background in eCommerce platform development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in the Hybris/SAP Commerce space and a solid understanding of software development principles. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Hybris-based solutions, ensuring high-quality software delivery that aligns with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Hybris Development: Design, develop, and implement Hybris-based eCommerce solutions for large-scale projects.
Customization & Integration: Customize Hybris components as per business requirements, integrate third-party systems, and ensure seamless operation across various platforms.
System Architecture: Collaborate with architects to define the system architecture and design robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
Frontend & Backend Development: Work on both the backend (Java, Spring) and frontend (CMS, SAP Commerce Accelerator) components of the Hybris platform.
Optimization: Perform code optimization and tuning to ensure high performance, scalability, and security of Hybris applications.
Testing & Debugging: Debug and troubleshoot issues in development, staging, and production environments, ensuring applications run smoothly.
Agile Development: Participate in Agile/Scrum methodology for project management and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results on time.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation related to the implementation of features and systems.
Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on coding practices, problem-solving, and system design.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 6+ years of experience in developing and deploying eCommerce solutions, with at least 3 years in Hybris development (SAP Commerce).
Languages & Tools: Strong proficiency in Java, Spring, and Hybris platform (SAP Commerce).
Web Technologies: Solid understanding of frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web frameworks.
Hybris Modules: Experience with key Hybris modules such as Commerce, Backoffice, and Integration.
Integration: Strong experience in integrating Hybris with external systems like payment gateways, SAP systems, CRM, and ERP platforms.
Database Knowledge: Solid experience with SQL, MySQL, or other relational databases.
Version Control & CI/CD: Familiar with version control tools (Git, SVN) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bamboo, etc.).
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and optimize code effectively.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
