Job description

4 Corner Resources is currently seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join one of our enterprise-level clients. This professional will play a critical role in managing the job aid review process and developing clear, concise learning materials for Clinical platforms and processes.

This is a contract role and fully remote.

Responsibilities:
  • Create easy-to-understand documentation, including quick reference guides, job aids, communications, and other learning materials.
  • Draft new documents and edit existing ones to ensure clarity and alignment with policies.
  • Collaborate with Clinical colleagues and other stakeholders to understand technical systems and process workflows.
  • Perform gap analysis of existing documentation to ensure compliance with current policies.
  • Manage documentation projects, including timelines, stakeholder engagement, and subject matter expert collaboration.
  • Oversee all phases of documentation projects: scoping, content gathering, reviews, and approvals.
  • Review peers’ work for consistency, quality, and accuracy while providing constructive feedback.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • 3+ years of related experince as a Techncial Writer. 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Expertise in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe PDF.
  • Prior experience in technical writing, SharePoint, training, organizational design, or content management systems.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven track record in project or process management.
  • Ability to synthesize complex technical and analytical information into simple, easy-to-understand formats.
  • Strong time management, critical/creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience communicating complex information to non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with agile systems implementation environments.
 
Duration: 6 to 12 months (Long-term assignment with potential for temp-to-perm, but not guaranteed)
Pay Rate: Starting at $25/HR 
Hours: M-F from 8:00am-5:00pm EST.
Location: 100% Remote
