Compensation: 

  • The base salary starts at $40,000 ($19.23/Hr). 

  • In addition to the base salary, an Enrollment Specialist can expect to make an additional $10,000 to $30,000+ in commission if performing to goal.  
     

Description:

  • This is a full-time remote position.

  • The role of Enrollment Specialist at Thriveworks is a sales position. 

  • The majority of the day-to-day is prospecting leads, handling inbound calls, and making outbound calls. 

  • The role requires working directly with clients/partners and being responsible for helping prospective clients/partners learn more about our counseling, coaching, or psychiatry services in a modern sales environment.  

  • Our leads are widely competitive, and we need well-trained and developed sales professionals who can properly understand the needs of our clients/partners, navigate them through our sales process, and ultimately facilitate an excellent customer experience where the result is a client/patient scheduled and excited for their first appointment. 

  • Responsible for building an outbound pipeline from inbound leads that do not convert on the first call.

  • Responsible for managing a robust leads pipeline via multi-channel sources in CRM, and utilizing a tech stack for every call that includes NICE in Contact, our Sales CRM, and our Internal and proprietary booking tool. 
     

Responsibilities:

  • This position requires a high level of organization and follow-through. The role is responsible for actively managing a pipeline of hundreds of prospective clients seeking Mental Health services daily. 

  • You will be responsible for hitting key performance indicators (KPIs) including conversion, quota attainment, QA, and Utilization/Adherence.  

  • Be a conscientious producer by bringing on customers our platform can service and provide exceptional customer service.

  • When required, address and escalate client concerns to other departments and leadership and follow up as necessary to ensure satisfactory resolution.

  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced and ever-changing team environment.
     

Requirements:

  • Sales/Customer Service and experience in the mental health field are preferred

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years of Inside Sales experience in digital health or an equivalent sales organization (inbound leads, outbound track, full-cycle desk). 

  • Designated workspace to ensure client privacy for HIPAA compliance. 

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a diverse population of clientele.

  • Working knowledge and experience using business software (Google Suite, word processing, spreadsheets, etc.) and email.

  • Must be available to work a rotating schedule, CoE hours are  Monday-Friday 7:00 am - 9:30 pm EST, Saturday 7:00 am - 6:00 pm EST, and Sunday 8:00 am-5:00 pm EST

  • Shift Bid opportunities are available (every 6 months) based on performance.
