Your role in our team

As a Sustainability Integration trainee within the Supply Chain team, you will play a key role in embedding Körber's sustainability guidelines into our local procurement processes. This internship offers you the chance to work closely with cross-functional teams, helping to shape more sustainable procurement practices and supporting our journey toward a responsible and resilient supply chain. You will gain hands-on experience in sustainability assessments, supplier engagement, and process redesign, making a tangible impact on our commitment to ethical and sustainable operations.

Main Responsibilities


  • Support the review and redesign of the local Procurement Process to include sustainability guidelines.
  • Monitor compliance with supplier self-assessments submitted during supplier onboarding.
  • Track the completion of IntegrityNext (Körber's supply chain sustainability measurement tool).
  • Assist in creating a survey on the continuous adoption of sustainability measures within the supplier base.
  • Define improvement plans with suppliers on the sustainability platform and support the implementation of the improvement plan following the assessment of the organisation’s maturity.


Your Profile


  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
  • Preferably certified as a Health & Safety Officer.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
