Job Description:

NetImpact Strategies has an opportunity for a ServiceNow Developer Mid-Level to join our talented ServiceNow implementation practice supporting US Federal customers and the enhancements of a ServiceNow Solution.  We are seeking candidates who can demonstrate their ability to perform with agility and act with an understanding of the importance of the customer’s mission--delivering value by managing dynamic environments, objectives, and priorities. The candidate will effectively leverage the full ServiceNow suite configuration and functionality, including their own expertise to implement enterprise business solutions for our customer.  They will be a member of a cross-functional team responsible for enhancing the ServiceNow platform, implementing new products, and developing ServiceNow solutions.  

   

Responsibilities 

  • Updates documentation in alignment with any changes made to software in each sprint.  
  • Creates / updates sets to move software updates between environments.  
  • Ensures solution is configured to the proper security standard, as well as configured for performance, scalability, upgradability, and re-usability.  
  • Responsible for configuration/customization of the ServiceNow system to deliver project enhancements.  
  • Troubleshoots/resolves issues during configuration, testing, and release.  
  • Ability to provide advanced support for ServiceNow by troubleshooting a variety of difficult software problems, implementing bug fixes and performing root cause analysis  
  • Experience working with team to estimate, plan, and execute all assigned tasks and report on progress.  
  • Ability to build custom applications based on requirements gathered 
  • Ability to learn quickly from existing custom application code and modify this to the clients needs  
Qualifications:
  • Required  
  • 2+ Years of relevant experience with the ServiceNow platform  
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator   
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer  
  • Must be eligible to meet government eligibility requirements.  

Preferred   

  • Federal Consulting Industry Experience   
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist  
  • Bachelor's degree   
  • ITIL v3 or v4 Certification   
  • Agile/Scrum related certifications  
  • Experience with building custom applications within the ServiceNow platform 
  • Experience with ServiceNow Studio 
  • Previous Federal Consulting Experience
