Pricing and Quotes Coordinator - #34042

As a Pricing and Quotes Coordinator, you will be responsible for requesting and analyzing quotes based on precise product specifications. You will work closely with multiple suppliers, handling a high volume of requests to ensure our process is efficient, accurate, and cost-effective. Your meticulous nature in using templates will be crucial in ensuring all product specifications are met accurately and consistently, creating efficiencies and elevating our data governance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our engineers and designers to understand the product requirements and specifications
• Communicate effectively and timely with Project Managers and the wider team
• Consistently meets deadline and benchmark timings
• Obtain and evaluate supplier quotes for specific products before handing them to our Pricing Team to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Work directly with our production partners to ensure a clear scope of work is communicated in the most effective and efficient manner
• Request samples required from suppliers
• Exceptional internal and supplier stakeholder management
• A proactive self-starter with exceptional problem-solving skills

Requirements

Must-have Skills / Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in a related field or role
• Knowledge of design for manufacturing, materials, and sustainability
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and quality
• A passion for working in a structured process and an eagerness to learn new skills and technologies
• Ability to work in tight timeframes and quick turnaround times
• Exceptional attention to detail and a perfectionist approach.
• Ability to handle high-volume work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in the Philippines and have all the equipment necessary to perform the job, such as a computer, internet connection, webcam, etc.

Advantageous or Nice to haves:

• Fluent in Chinese is highly preferred
• Experience in the manufacturing, packaging, materials, and sustainable products industry.
• Autodesk Inventor and Adobe Suite experience.
