Job Summary

The Salesforce Administrator at TFS plays an indispensable role in our organization and looks to continuously improve their skills and understanding of the Salesforce platform. The Salesforce Administrator gathers business requirements and feedback to design the best practice solutions. This role is responsible for all facets of user management, including handling support tickets, conducting hands-on training sessions, and creating scalable solutions with user satisfaction as a priority. This is a salaried position reporting to the VP of Software Solutions. 


Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Upgrade and configure Salesforce systems for users by creating scalable solutions and best practices
  • User management, including licenses, new user activation, deactivation, permissions, groups, security standards, etc.
  • Create and deliver user training; manage adoption and acceptance of new processes.
  • Respond to and resolve Salesforce support tickets.
  • Document processes and procedures.
  • Research and implement best practices for Salesforce, staying in the know of new and upcoming features.
  • Design reports and dashboard which deliver reliable performance metrics
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  

Job Requirements:

  • Two years of Salesforce product knowledge and hands-on administration experience
  • Proven ability to create and maintain Sales force databases
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar field is preferred
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator preferred
  • Helpful, but not required: 
  • Experience with iPaaS solutions (i.e. Boomi, Mulesoft, Workato) for CRM integrations
  • Experience with Salesforce Analytics Studio and Microsoft Power BI reporting
  • Experience creating Salesforce Flows
  • Experience guiding Salesforce development teams
