JOB SUMMARY: 

We are currently seeking a full-time Aesthetic Trainer Manger to join our education team! 

The Aesthetic Trainer will be responsible for communicating the iS Clinical brand messaging and philosophies to strengthen brand awareness.  

This position will be key in developing educational materials, conducting in-person, and virtual training sessions, as well as participating in seminars for aesthetic professional and company personnel. The Aesthetic Trainer will also be involved in responding to product inquiries from business partners and end-users and reporting to the Aesthetic Training Manager. Furthermore, the Aesthetic Trainer will educate our global Sales teams, Partners, and prospects on iS Clinical products, treatments, and the science behind them. 

The position will be remote with significant travel (upwards of 50%) and ideally based out of Chicago or Minneapolis.


RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Work with Training Team to achieve relevant goals, strategies, and initiatives in a positive and timely manner.   
  • Create and disseminate extensive knowledge regarding iS Clinical products, treatments, and scientific information to educate aesthetic professionals, consumers, and company personnel via product training, demonstrations, seminars (both small and large audiences), and webinars to strengthen brand awareness. 
  • Able to travel up to 50% of the time, which includes flights and overnight stays, all planned strategically on a quarterly basis, working with Management.  
  • Communicate and provide relevant feedback and reporting in a timely manner, as directed by Aesthetic Training Manager. 
  • Have a working internet at home to deliver virtual webinars for our Partners and Prospects with a focus on ensuring consistent messaging on diverse topics, including but not limited to, product knowledge, professional protocols, science, selling techniques, and others. 
  • Collaborate with the education and marketing teams to develop and suggest new ideas for training materials, participant tools, and other innovative techniques to meet the evolving needs of our aesthetic community.  
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of current training programs and adapt them as necessary to ensure they meet the needs of the target audience.  
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and innovations, regulatory requirements, ingredient knowledge, and best practices to incorporate them into training programs and materials. 
  • Mentor and develop internal employees for enhanced and effective customer/partner communication and relationship management 
  • Contribute to the technical development of education and presentation materials 
  • Work as the business partner's and customer’s advocate and liaison to quickly and fairly resolve product inquires or concerns 
  • Additional job duties may be requested by Management 


REQUIREMENTS

  • Active aesthetics license 
  • 1+ years, previous training experience (preferred) 
  • Strong communication skills with an adaptive and flexible approach 
  • Sound organizational ability, especially with strategy and scheduling work within a clinical setting 
  • Strong computer skills and intermediate proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
  • Professional, polished appearance 
  • Punctual and self-motivated 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-task-oriented work environment 
  • Excellent follow-up skills 
  • Ability to schedule efficient flights, car rentals, and hotels in advance for traveling into different markets, keeping budget in mind. 
  • Passion, positive attitude, and enthusiasm for training and knowledge of skin and skincare industry 
  • Navigate easily through challenges while maintaining professionalism 


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:  

  • Ability to work in front of a computer for a prolonged period of time.  
  • Ability to travel upwards of 50% of the time. 


COMPENSATION 

  • $75,000 to $85,000 per year dependent on experience and location
