Job Title: Direct Ship Planning Analyst

Reports to:  Manager, Direct ship

Location:  Goleta, CA or Remote

The Role

The Direct ship Planning Analyst is responsible for the beginning-to-end direct ship process for their accounts. A self-motivated, adaptable, and analytical collaborator who works well with a diverse group of people, loves to find answers through data, and share its highlights. The Direct Ship Planning Analyst is equally comfortable analyzing qualifiers orders for the program, executing their purchase to factories, and tracking their status until on-time delivery to the customer.

An excellent candidate for this role is positive, analytical, resourceful, detail oriented, organized, an effective communicator and works well cross functionally.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

Keeping awareness of the IP calendar, performing all tasks needed to successfully analyze, convert, purchase, ship, deliver and invoice direct ship orders. Determine and coordinate all actions needed for their accounts’ on time delivery. Always maintain visibility and data integrity in systems, tracking's, and other tools. Be the first point of contact and an expert on the Direct ship program. Follow and enforce rules, guidelines, and manuals for the program. Work closely with Sales, Sales Ops, CE, IP, FPT, Procurement, IT. Regularly report to management and Sales on their accounts’ status and updates. Through regular and thorough analysis, proactively find disruptions and improvements needed, and coordinate their resolution. Translate high volume data into clear & concise reporting. Adapt to change happening as the program grows and due to the ever-changing needs of the business. Create and develop strong working relationships with internal & external stakeholders.

  • Bachelors degree prefeed
  • 1-3 years of work experience in planning and/or data analysis
  • Supply planning or Supply chain knowledge a plus
  • Wholesale, DTC and/or retail experience a plus
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong Excel skills

$67,000 - $72,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
