Job description

Are you passionate about creating the design for international projects in a groundbreaking real estate sector?  Join our international team as an Architectural Planner (m/f/d)!

As an architectural planner at limehome you work with diverse project teams on the  integration of designs and plans that lead to successful building projects, taking into account space efficiency, environmental effects, community requirements, public policies as well as commercial aspects. 

You will be responsible for designing new apartment and digital hotel buildings including extensions, renovations, and restorations, ensuring they meet limehome standards, quality requirements and align with sustainability principles. Your role will involve collaborating with project managers, landlords, engineers and contractors to deliver functional and visually appealing space.


Your tasks:

  • You will create layout studies and test fits to assist our expansion team and project developers.

  • You will develop complex layouts, space elevations, facade and signage concepts.

  • You will support the development and implementation of new design standards & guidelines.

  • You will oversee the construction design revision and approval process including mechanical, electrical and plumbing design.

  • You ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

  • You will support the development of the project furniture, arts & graphics and appliances pack.

  • You will support our internal project management and construction teams in project implementation.

What you should bring:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in architecture, architectural design or a similar field.

  • You have already worked with CAD programs (ideally AutoCAD) and have experience with Microsoft Office.

  • You are able to make independently informed decisions on your tasks, based on analysis and subject matter expertise. 

  • You have solid communication skills and confidence to coordinate internal and external stakeholders during the design process.

  • You are able to effectively report the status of your tasks and achievements.

  • You are fluent in English (C1) and ideally German.

  • You have professional experience in architecture and experience with and the regulations for hotels and serviced apartments is a plus.
